Replaced a toilet

Second time that I have used Pete for some plumbing work and would not go to anyone else. He is extremely prompt at replying to any messages that I send him, totally reliable and reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend Pete.

Cistern repair

Early on a Saturday morning, my cistern siphon failed, leaving me with water gushing constantly into my toilet. Peter attended my emergency call within half an hour, and diagnosed the problem. He left to go and try to source a replacement siphon and miraculously was able to source the exact part. The repair was all completed within a couple of hours of my call out.

New kitchen sink and tap.

Went from a old style stainless steel sink which was in need of an upgrade, Peter came round and fitted me a new white ceramic sink and a black kitchen tap, Iv never been so excited to use a new sink.. He was very polite and efficient. Will recommend anyone to use Peter for any plumbing jobs.

Changed sink vanity unit & concealed toilet

Pete did an excellent job on removing the floor & splashback tiling, & changing the sink/vanity unit & toilet. I have used Pete several times. He is always responsive to questions about what materials to buy when I have supplied them & he has been happy to recommend what is best to purchase, before fitting them. Removal of old shower and shower screen, then fitting of new shower, wet walling, and bath panel

I have asked Peter Cross to undertake a few jobs for me over the past couple of years, and on each occasion have found him to be efficient, quick, and to undertake the work for a reasonable price set in advance. On this occasion we needed an over bath shower replaced, but also the tiling around the bath area was in less than great condition. Peter suggested putting up wet walling as an alternative to re-tiling, and to use a section of the wet walling to create a new matching bath panel. The result was a completely revamped bathroom done in very quick time and for a good price!

Bath overflow leak

Pete did a great job fixing a leak in the overflow of our bath tub. Quick response, easy communication and completed the work to a high standard. Would recommend and will use again!

Remove old piping under the sink, behind washing machine, dishwasher and outside pipes.

From the initial meeting with Pete, he recommended the best way to fix my plumbing problem. Water has been backing up the pipes under the sink for many years, and always just been unblocked as a quick fix. The pipe work under the sink was a very old complicated mess, with restricted access. After Pete's recommendation, he came back quickly and made short, tidy work of the problem inside and out of the house. He removed unnecessary piping and replaced everything, and best of all made an easy access for me to perform cleaning maintenance if I want too. 105% recommend, gold star plumber.

Garden tap replacement

The job was a relatively simple one . .. to replace a garden tap which was leaking and spraying water everywhere. Peter responded very quickly to the job posting, and was able to come round and fix it within a couple of days. The ground floor residents at the property were very happy with his work, and found him to be prompt, pleasant and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter, and will use him again for any future plumbing problems!!
